As part of our continued expansion, Procam Television is looking for Bookings Coordinators/Senior Account Handlers with at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar broadcast environment.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Working with our clients to suggest suitable technical solutions for their requirements, and managing enquiries from initial quoting stage right through to project delivery.
  • Maintaining and developing existing and new client relationships through effective account management, by really getting to know our clients’ needs.
  • Completing all administration and invoicing within specified time-frames, as well as logging and tracking all client contact and quotes on our computerised systems.
  • Not being afraid to muck in and help out the rest of the team when the need arises.

Required skills and experience:

Technical knowledge of broadcast equipment obtained in a facilities or production environment is essential, along with the ability to manage constantly changing priorities and develop strong long-term relationships with our clients.

We can offer excellent training and plenty of opportunity for development, and we believe in working hard without forgetting how to have fun.
