As part of our continued expansion, Procam Television is looking for Bookings Coordinators/Senior Account Handlers with at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar broadcast environment.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Working with our clients to suggest suitable technical solutions for their requirements, and managing enquiries from initial quoting stage right through to project delivery.
- Maintaining and developing existing and new client relationships through effective account management, by really getting to know our clients’ needs.
- Completing all administration and invoicing within specified time-frames, as well as logging and tracking all client contact and quotes on our computerised systems.
- Not being afraid to muck in and help out the rest of the team when the need arises.
Required skills and experience:
Technical knowledge of broadcast equipment obtained in a facilities or production environment is essential, along with the ability to manage constantly changing priorities and develop strong long-term relationships with our clients.
